Shipping Policy

We do our best to provide the best possible shipping rates for every customer. We do so by soliciting bids from multiple shipping brokers, which we then pass onto the customer as options. Almost all of our products ship to you via freight shipping because of their size and weights. Once you have reached out for a quote or placed an order, we will provide a shipping quote within 3 business days based on your zip code.

There are several factors that affect shipping rates, as well as optional services that can increase the rates, such as a residential delivery location, a scheduled appointment, life gate service, or inside delivery. We will review these options with you to determine which services you will need at the time of delivery. 

If the pricing provided during the quote process is too expensive for you, there are a couple of other options that can help bring down the price, like:

  • Delivery to the nearest local freight fulfillment center
  • Delivery to the nearest local Amazon fulfillment center

 

We strongly recommend picking up your order if you are near the Bend, OR area/wider region since this will save money and time - your products are easier to unpackaged and install when packed for pick-up instead of shipment.

Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Swell Van Company! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Please read our policy below for details.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • All returned products must be in like-new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware.
  • Customized or modified products are not eligible for returns.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at hello@vansareswell.com or (541) 728-3068 within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack your item(s) and include the RMA number on the package. 

 

Return Shipping

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returns.
  • If the product is determined to be not in like-new condition, an additional fee of up to 5% may be assessed. 

 

Refunds

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to determine its condition before issuing your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number of days, e.g., 5-10 business days].

 

Cancellation Policy

  • All orders can be canceled without charge within seven business days of when they were placed. 
  • After seven business days, canceled orders will incur a 20% fee. 
  • Once a product has left our facility, it will fall under our return policy terms.

 

Warranty

  • All products produced and distributed by Swell Van Co. are warranted for 180 days from the date of purchase, provided they are installed according to our guidelines.
  • This warranty is valid as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. If the product is sold or transferred to another person, the warranty is no longer valid.
  • This warranty does not cover damage to the finish of powder-coated products.
  • We have the sole authority to determine warranty eligibility. If a product is found to have defects in workmanship or materials, we may choose to address the issue in one of two ways:
    •   1. We can provide replacement components for any items deemed defective or not meeting our quality standards.
    •   2. Alternatively, we may issue a full or partial refund for the defective or damaged product.
  • Additionally, we are not responsible for defects arising from factors outside our control, such as incorrect assembly, use beyond practical limits, use in harsh environments/roads, or improper maintenance.
