Complete set of ceiling paneling for the Transit 148" High Roof. Constructed of 6mm Baltic Birch plywood. Includes all hardware needed to install. Remote support for installation provided.

Details:

• Plywood is not finished but we can optionally finish the panels (see below).
• All plywood is the highest grade (BB/BB) possible but does have an allowable number of patches (usually between 0-6 per side). A higher grade is not commercially available. There is natural grain variation in all plywood products.
• Precise hole placements utilize stock van locations.
• Requires installation of approximately 20 plusnuts/rivnuts for mounting.
• Must use supplied 1/4-20 bolts with 5/8" diameter thin head (black).
• Expect ~1/16" to 3/32" gaps at paneling edges, necessary for thermal expansion and ideal for upholstering.
• Does not require modification to the foam blobs at the front of the vehicle.

• Additional aluminum front ceiling rib for maintaining curvature at front of van and increasing useable head height
• Aluminum transition pieces to keep wall and ceiling paneling straight at edges
• Rivnuts and Plusnuts used to mount panels with Map for installation
• Wide head bolts and screws

What's not Included:

• Wire Chase for covering factory Ford wiring harness (sold separately)
• Rear column coverings (Go Code Overland D-Pillar Trim is recommended)
