Our floor system provides an easy-to-install insulated subfloor and durable marine-grade top flooring.
Floor System:
- Three resin-impregnated OSB panels with 1" of polyiso foam (R6.6) precisely routed to fit inside of floor ribs exactly
- Lonseal flooring (chosen by client) flooring precisely cut to exact subfloor shape
- Powder coated 14 gauge steel step well and edge trim pieces (front, sliding door, and rear)
Installation Notes
Our flooring should be glued down to the clean steel surface of the van's floor. We can provide the appropriate glue at an additional cost, depending on which option you'd like to use. Self tapping screws can also be used to aid in keeping panel seems tight to one another. Lonseal or optional 2Tec2 flooring can also be spray glued/epoxied/taped into place.

Step 2
We reach out to confirm your choices and advise on production time. This is usually 2-3 weeks, depending on current demand.
Step 3
When your order is ready, schedule a pick-up or we can quote on shipping. Some kits offer flat-rate shipping. We can also help with installation at our shop.
