Our floor system provides an easy-to-install insulated subfloor and durable marine-grade top flooring. The floor system includes:
- Three resin-impregnated OSB panels with polyiso foam (R3.6) precisely routed to fit inside of floor ribs exactly
- Lonseal flooring (chosen by client) flooring precisely cut to exact subfloor shape
- Powder coated (grippy) 14 gauge steel step wells (front and rear) and aluminum transition strip
Crew Van Floors
For those who want to use the factory seat rails with our floor system, we have a floor product in beta testing now. Please get in contact with us for more information.
Installation Notes
Our flooring should be glued down to the clean steel surface of the van's floor. We can provide the appropriate glue at an additional cost, depending on which option you'd like to use. Self tapping screws can also be used to aid in keeping panel seems tight to one another. Lonseal or optional 2Tec2 flooring can also be spray glued/epoxied/taped into place.
