Complete set of wall paneling for the Transit 148" High Roof. Constructed of 6mm Baltic Birch plywood. Includes all hardware needed to install. Remote support for installation provided.

Details:

• Plywood is not finished but we can optionally finish the panels (see below).
• All plywood is the highest grade (BB/BB) possible but does have an allowable number of patches (usually between 0-6 per side). A higher grade is not commercially available. There is natural grain variation in all plywood products.
• Standard floor thickness is 1.5" (can accommodate different dimensions with a fee).
• Precise hole placements utilize stock van locations.
• Requires installation of approximately 75 Rivnuts/Plusnuts for mounting, 5 of which must be drilled into van wall.
• Must use supplied 1/4-20 bolts with 5/8" diameter thin head (black).
• Expect ~1/16" to 3/32" gaps at paneling edges, necessary for thermal expansion and ideal for upholstering.
• Does not require modification to the foam blobs at the front of the vehicle.
• The factory Ford wiring harness plastic covers must be removed for installation of the paneling. We sell a low profile black wire chase to cover this wiring harness again after installing the paneling.
• Some small areas of internal wall not covered (will provide info by request).

• Set of 11 Wall Panels (with optional cut-outs)
• Set of 4 metal Vertical Supports for making the walls a better angle and trimming out sliding door area.
• Rivnuts and Plusnuts used to mount panels with Map for installation
• Wide head bolts and screws

What's Not Included:

• Wire Chase for covering factory Ford wiring harness (sold separately)
• Rear column coverings (Go Code Overland D-Pillar Trim is recommended)
• Any optional trim products, such as the GCO Window Trim Ring or Sleeping Bump-Outs for sleeping east-to-west.
